DISSOLUTIOR-OF MARRIAGE
TNIS CAUSE, having come on for trial on the 2nd day of %
November, 198~,--upon the pleadings filed herein and the Court having
given full consideration to aIl the evidence and observed the demeanor
and physical condition of the witnesses, and a Property Settlement
Agreement having been filed, the Court finds and deteratines: This
Court has ,jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this
suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the
parties; and that the marriage is irretreivably broken and should be
dissoZved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between ROSTN LYNP~ TAYLOR,
Husband, and PAGE LOUISE S*iAVELY TAYLOR, Wife, be and the same is
hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of then are hereby forever
freed from the bonds~of matrimony heretofore existing between them
and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of the minor child of the parties.
to-wit: MATTHEW PALMER TAYLOR, d.o.b. November 17, 19?7, is hereby
awarded to the Wife, with reasonable visitation rights granted to
the Husband. Reasonable visitation shall be interpreted as every
other weekend, alternating holidays, which shall inc2ude Thanksgiving,
Christmas and Spring (Easter). This shaZl begin by the Husband having
visitation with ~the child over th~ Thanksgiving holiday, the Wife shall
have Christmas, 1982, etc. ~
In addition, the Husband shall have six weeks' visitation
during the summer months, June, JuZy and August, of each s~er during
