THIS CAUSE came on to be heard January 10, 1983 upon
Cross-Claim Defendants, ROWLEY'S PEST CONTROL, BILLIE ROWLEY and
CAROL ROWLEY's Motion To Admit Facts alleged in Request For
Admissions, Motion To Dismiss and Motion To Strike and upon
Defendant's, CARL R. MARTIN, Motion For Summary Judgment, the
Court having heard argument of the respective parties or their
representative, it is theteupon
• ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
(1) That the Cross-Claim Defendants, HOWARD R. IAHR and/or
. PEST-AWAY OF INDIAN RIVER, INC., shall have ten (10) days after
entry. of this Order in which~to answer Cross-Claim Defendants', ~
