of Defendants for entry of an Order requiring Lawnwood
Medical Center and Martin Memorial Hospital to produce
all records peitaining to the care and treatment to
Plaintiff, MARK WARNEY, the Court being advised in the
premises and finding good cause for the production of said
' records, and it further appearing there is no opposition

( from Plaintiffs, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that MARTIN MEMORIAL HOSPITAL and

LAWNWOOD MEDICAL CENTER produce all records in possession
of said respective medical care facilities pertaining to
the care and treatment of MARit WARNEY.
