The Condominium Parcel known as Unit T-108 and Cabana Unit nnmber C-11, in AVALON BLACH CLUB, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded - in Official Records Book 390, Page.s 2437 through 2519 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, as amended by Amendment filed January 25, 1983, and recorded in Officiai Records Book 392 at Pages 1478 through 1500, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. including, but not limited to: - A. All building s, structures and improvements now and ~ hereafter on the Land; B. All appurtenances, servitudes, rights, ways, pri- vileges, prescriptions, accretions and advantages which in any way now or hereafter t~elong to or pertain to the Land; and, all right, title and interest of the Mortgagor, if any, now owned or hereafter acquired, in and to any land lying in the bed of any street, road, or avenue, open or proposed, in front of or adjoining the Land; C. All fixtures, equipment, machinery, furniture and personal property contained in, located on or appurtenant to the Land whether or not permanently affixed to the Land, or which may hereafter from time to time be placed thereon, and any accessions, sub stitutions or replacements thereof; D.
