authorities, all abstracts of title, building permits, sur-
veys, engineering work, architectural plans, engineering ?
plans, condominium documents, payments and-profits due or to ~

become due under any condominium sales contracts, re lating ~
to the Land now existing or hereafter obtained by or on be- ~
half of Mortgagor; .
E. All rents, issues, proceeds and profits accruing i
and to accrue from the Land; all right, title and interest
of Mortgagor in and to all present and future leases,
written or oral, and all agreements for use or occupancy for
any portion of the Gand, together with any and all exten-
sions and renewals thereof , guarantees of the .performance
thereof, and together with the immediate and continuing
right to collect all of the present and future rents,
income, receipts, revenues, issue.s and profits now due or
which may become due under said leases; provided, however,
that so long as an Event of Default has not occurred,
Mortgagor shall have a license to collect and receive all of
the rents assigned hereunder;

F. Any and all monies escrowed for taxes and (

I G. All awards hereafter made b virtue of an exercise ~

of the right of condemnation or eminent domain by any au- +
thority, including any award for damage to or taking of ~
title to the Land, or any part thereof, or the possession
thereof, or any right to any easement affect~ing_ the Land or
appurtenant thereto (including any award for any change of ~
grade of streets) , and the proceeds of all sales in lieu of ~

H. All inventory, raw materials, work in process,
accounts receivable, contract rights and general intangibles
now or hereafter arising which now or hereafter pertain to
~ or be used with, in or on the Land or any busine ss operated
thereon.
I. All gas, steam, water and other heating , cooki ng ,
~ refrigerating, plumbing, ventilating, irrigating and power
~ systems; and all appliances, furniture, fixtures and
_ appurtenances, including air-conditioning ducts, machinery
and equipment, which are now or may hereafter pertain to or
be used with, in or on said Land, though they be either ~
~ detached or detachable. :

J. All of Mortgagor's rights to further encumber the ~
