to dispose of all my property, do declare this to be my Last Will
and Testament, hereby revokinq my.prior Wills and Codicils.
FIRST: I appoint ALBSRT TERMINI Personal
Representative of this instrument. If ALBERT TERMINI shall
predecease me, or if he survives me but then dies, becomes
disabled, disqualified, disctiarged, or otherwise incapable of
acting as Personal Representative during the period of

administration, I appoint JOSEPH TERMINI, as Alternate Personal '
Representative. Neither ALBERT-TERMINI nor JOSEPH TERMINI, shall
