THIS CAUSE came on before this Cou~t upon the
Wife's Motion to hold the Husband in Contempt and the Husband's
Motion to hold the Wife in Contempt and the Court havin~ heard
testimony and arguments of counsel, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the husband, DALTON H. ATHEY, II; is hereby
~ adjudged to be in wilful contempt for non-payment of child support
due, owing and unpaid as Of January 17, 1983, in the sum of ~
~ $1,130. Said sum shall be paid within thirty days from the
' date of this order or by affitlavit of non-payment he shall serve
l
~ thirty days in the county jail. ~
f 2. That attorney fees of $200 are hereby awarded to

~ the wife's attorney, Charles Sullivan. _
w 3. That the wife, CATHERINE DORA ATHEY, is hereby
adjudged to be in wilful contempt for refusal to return property
to the husband as previously ordered and she is hereby directed
to comply within thirty days or by affidavit of non-compliance
shall serve thirty days in the county ~ail.
4: That attorney fees of $200 are hereby awarded to
the husband~s attorney, Roger Orr.
