FFNAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE

This cause came on for trial January 6, 1983 and the Court
having given full consideration to a11 the evidence, finds and
determines this.Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.. It
is thereupon _
ORDERED AND ADJiIDGED as follows:
l. The marriage between RICHARD TAOMAS'PANCOAST and !
DONNA LOU PANCOAST be and the same is hereby dissolved and the ~
aarties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony`heretofore existing between them and from the obliga-
tions arising therefrom.
2. The primary residential custody of the minor child,
' AMANDA JEAN PANCOAST, b~rn April 1, 1980, is hereby awarded to the
Wife, granting unto the Husband reasonable rights o.f visitation.
' Each of the parties shall share the marital responsi-
bility as to the minor child's social, medical, religious participa-
tion, education, general welfare and all other items with reference
to the responsibility of parents. In the event the parties cannot
agree the orimary responsibility shall vest with the Wife.
3. Commencing the 14th day of January, 1983 the Husband shall
pay to the Wife the sum of $150.00 semi-monthly for the support of the
