minor child above named until she reaches her majority,iaarries,
becomes self-supporting or until further Order of this Court.
Each payment sha11 be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him
remitted to the Wife. In addition there is hereby assessed the
sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each payment made
to the Clerk. Al1 payments shall be made in cash, money order or
cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk
of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at
all times while this Order is in effect. The present residence and .
mailing address of the Wife is 4806 Sunset Boulevard, Fort Pierce,
Florida. The present residence and mailing address of the Husband is
666 Hernando Street, P. O. Box 3924, Ft. Pierce, Florida.
4. The Wife is hereby awarded the Husband's interest in the
1975 Monte Carlo, which was a family automobile. In addition, the
Wife is hereby awarded lump sum alimony in the amount of $5,000.00
and interest thereon at the rate of 12$ per annum from January 6, 1983. '
until date of payment. This lump sum amount may be paid by the Husband

5. The Husband is hereby awarded the Wife's interest in the
1981 Blazer, which was a family automobile, as lump sum alimony.. ~
6. Each party has a pension plan provided by his or her

respective employer; each party shall retain the title and ownership
of his or her respective pension plan. "
7. The Husband shall, and he is hereby ordered to maintain
medical insurance for the Wife and the minor child. In the event any
