F. ~ttte^~^nt~ ~f _ _ . :~ithin '.5 days after
the end of each calendar month commencing with the 15th day of -
the next succeeding month following the first month of the demised
term and ending with the 15th day of the month next succeecling the
last month of the demised term, Lessee shall furnish Lessor with
a~statement, to be certified as correct by Lessee or the employee
of•Lessee authorized so to certify, which shall set forth the
gross sales made in or from the demised premises during the calen-
dar month just concluded, and the author~zecl deductions, if any,
therefrom. Said statement shall be accompanied by a rental payment
in the amount of 6$ of said monthly gress sales, as so adjusted,
but in no event less than the required mininum monthly rent.
G. Year-End Adjustment: Within 30 days after the
close of eacn lease year a final adjustment ancl accounting for
each lease year shall be had to determine the gross sales of the ~
precec3ing -lease year, and the amount of rent paid monthly by the
Lessee during such preceding lease year, including the rent
based upon the percentage of gross sales. In the event the amounts
~ of rent for said year actually paid by Lessee exceed 6$ of the

gross sales as so computed on a.twelve-month basis, then such
excess rental payments shall be credited by Lessor to Lessee upon i

the next installment or installments of monthly rental due under - f

the Lease. Provided, hawever, that Lessee shall never pay less ;

for any lease year than the minimum rental provided for aboye. ~

H. Operation of Business: Lessee shall continu-
~ ously during the entire term of this Lease, operate said business
~ on said premises ~rith due diligence and efficiency as to reasonably
~ roduce the maximu~: zeturn to Lessee and shall keep said premises

~ open for business and cause such business to be conducted thereon
