Lessee's further occupancy.
19. ABANDONMENT: Lessee ngrees not to vacate or aban-
don the premises at any time durinq the demised term. Should
Lessee vacate or abandon said premises or be dispossessed by ~ ~
process of law or other~rise, such abandonnent, vacation, or dis-
possession shall be a breach of this Lcase and, in addition to any ~
other riqhts which Lessor may have, Lessor may remove any personal
property belonging to-Lessee which remains on the demised premises 1
and store the same, such removal and storage to be for the account . li
of the Lessee. '

20. LAWS AND REGULATIOyS:. Lessee at his own cost and '
expense shall- comply promptly with all laws, rules, and orders of
all Federal, State, and 1•iunicipal qovernments, or departments,
which may be applicable to the leased premises, and shall likew•ise
promptly comply with the requirements of the Board of Fire Under-
writers concerning the premises.
. 21. rOTICES: All notices to be given to the Lessee
may be given in writing personally or by depositing the same in
~ the United States mail, postage prepaid, and addressed to the

~ such other address as Lessee may from time to time designate in

~ writing. Notices by Lessee to Lessor shall be in writing and
deposited in the Unitecl States mail, postage prepaid, addressed
to Lessor at P. O. Box 3659 Fort Pierce, Florida 33450
or such other address as Lessor may from time to time desiqr,ate in ~
writing. ~
- 22. HOLDIt~G OVER: Any holding over- after 'the expira-
tion of the said term, with the consent of the I,essor, shall be
~ construed to be a tenancy froan month to month, and shall be on the ~
