tion, in which case it must be inftialed by both parties, or
unless such page bears a new date as evidence of the revision, in
which case the new date itself shall be initialed by both parties.
31. MISCELLANEOUS:
A. The paragraph captions in this Lease are for
convenience only and shall not in anywise limit or be deemed to
construe or interpret the terms and provisions hereof.
B. Time is of the essence of this Lease and of all pro-
visions hereof, except in respect to the del.ivsry of possession of
the demised premises at the commencement of the term hereof.
C. This Lease shall be construed and enforced in
accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. ~
32. ACCELERATION OF RENT ZN EVEI~iT OF DEFAULT OR INSOL~IENCY:
Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, and

that in the event of Lessee's insolvency or default as defined in
Items 9 and ll.hereof, at the option of bessor, and without any

other notice all installments of rent earned to the date of such

mum rent over the actual rental value of the premises for the ~
unexpired primary term of the lease, discounted to reflect the
present worth of future rent payments, shall at once become due

33. SUCCESSORS: All the terms, covenants and conditions
hereof shall be bindinq upon and inure to the benefft of the heirs,
executors, administrators, successors and assiqns of the parties
