W I T N E S S E T H: ' Lessor leases to Lessee those certain premises outlined in red on the Exhibit "A" attached hereto, and as more particularly described in Exhibit "B" attached he=eto, both_Exhibits by this reference beinq made a part hereof. Said premises shall be occupied by Lessee as a garkinq lot only and the te~rm of the .
