MARY ELLEN JOHNSON, as Lessor, and SAMBO'S OF GREATER-MY11MI,~

W I T N E S S E T H: '
Lessor leases to Lessee those certain premises outlined in
red on the Exhibit "A" attached hereto, and as more particularly
described in Exhibit "B" attached he=eto, both_Exhibits by this
reference beinq made a part hereof. Said premises shall be
occupied by Lessee as a garkinq lot only and the te~rm of the .
I.ease shall com.mence upon completion of the parkinq_lot and shall
expire l~iay 31, 1999 ~on the terms and conditions hereinafter set ~
forth.
A. Lessor.agrees, a~ithin thirty (30) days of the date .
hereof, to sunply Lessee with satisfactory evidence of title
together with full~copies of all recorded covenants, conditions,
restrictions, rights of way and easements, if any.
Lessor hereby grants to I.essee an option to renew this ~
Lease for an additional period of five (5) years from expiration-

B. Lessee agrees as follows: ~
