TfIIS LEASE, made and entered into this llth day of
February, 1977, by and between ALEX)1NDER LEO JOHNSON and
MARY ELLEN JOHNSON, as Lessor, and SnMBO'S OF GREATER MI~1tiI,
INC.. as Lessee, ~ •
W I T N E S S E T H: • ~
I.essor.leases to Lessee those certain premises outlined in ~
red on the Exhibit "A" attached hereto, and as more particularly
described in Exhibit "B" attached hereto, both Exhibits by this
reference beinr~ made a part hereof.. Said premises shall be . -
occupied by Lessee as a parkinq lot only and the term of the .
Lease shall com.mence upon completion of the parking lot and shall
expire rizy 31, 1999 on the terms and conditions hereinafter set
forth.
A. Lessor agrees, within thirty (30) days of the date -
hereof, ~o suoply I.essee with satisfactory evidence of title
together with full~copies of all recorded covenants, conditions,
restrictions, rights of way and easements, if any.
Lessor hereby grants to T.essee an option to renew this ~
Lease for an additional period of five (5) years from expiration
of the within Lease, at the sar.le rental and upon the same terms
and conditions as contained in this Lease. ~ •
B. Lessee agrees as follows:
l. To use said premises during the term for no other
. purpose than specified above. .
_ 2. To paf in full the cost of grading, paving and ~
striping the .premises for par3:ing lot use, all in acco~cdance .
with Lessee's plans and specifications, such work to be completed ~

within sir,ty (60) days aftcr receipt of such plans and specifications.
