possession, pursuant thereto, and the Lessee sball make all
paym~nts required to be made by Lessee pru r:,:.u
such vesting or possession, and I,essee shall be r~leased from
all further payment of rent or other obligations or rights
under this Lease. In the event of a partial acquisition of said
leased premises under condemnation proceedings or the threat of
the same and it shall not b~ practicable for Lessee to retain
and operate the remainder for parking purposes, it shall be
optional with the Lessee to terminate this lease agreement and
in the event Lessee so elects, said termination shall be as .
provided in the preceding sentence. In the event that title or ~
possession to a portion of the leased premises shall be taken
and Lessee elects to continue to use said premises, this Lease
shall terminate as to the portion taken, but shall continue as ~ ~
to the balance of the demised premises and the ntonthly rent
after the ~ate of vesting of title or the taking possession shall
be reduca3 propo=tionately to the value of the leased premises
taken in such proceedings.

2. All notices to be given to the Lessee shall be in ~
writing, deposited in the United States mail, certified or
registered, with postage prepaid, and addressed to the Lessee
at 3760 State Street, Santa Barbara, California 93105. Notices
by the Lessee to Lessor shall be in writing, deposited in the
United States mail, certified or registered, with postage prepaid
and addressed to the Lessor at P. O. Box 3659, Fort Pierce,
Florida 33450. Notices shall be deemed delivered when deposited
in the United States mail, as provided. Change of address by ~
either ~arty must be of notice given to the other in the saine "
manner as above specified.
3. Any holding over after the expiration of said term,
with the consent of the Lessor, shall_be construed to be a tenancy
f rorn month to month, and shall be on the terms and conditions
herein specified, so far as applicable.
