inafter called the Mortgagee, for qood_and valuable considerations,
does hereby release, quit-claim and discharge the following property:

from the lien and operation of a Mortgage from VISTA PROPERTIES WEST,
INC., a Florida corporation, to the Mortgagee dated March 31, 1982
and recorded April 7, 1982 in Official Record Book 374, Page 456,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and from the lien and
operation of a Security Agreement from VISTA PROPERTIES WEST, INC.,
~ to GIBRALTAR SAVINGS ASSOCIATION, dated
March 31, 1982 and recorded April 7, 1982 in Official Record Book
37~1, Page 470, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that this is a Partial Release and
