(formerly named: First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Piercej, a corpor-
ation under the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certaln mortgage
given by Leroy Bennett and Daisy Bell Bennett, his wife
dated Apri1 26th , i9 68 , and recorded in the puhlic records of
St, Lucie County, Florida, in 0. R. Book 171 on page 1832 , securing
the payment of the sum of Six Thousand, Seven Hundred and no/100-------------------

covering property in the County of St. Lucie , Florida, doth hereby
acknowledge that it has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by the note
secured thereby, and doth hereby cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and
quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in and to the prem- ~
ises described therein; and doth her~by direct the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the
aforesaid County to cancel the same of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Harbor Federal Savings and Loan Association has
caused these presents to be subscirbed in its corporate name by its Vice President
and its corporate seal to be hereto affixed this Eighth day of _
