(formerly named: First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce), a corpor-
ation under the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgaae
given by ROBERT D. BLACKBURN and JO ANNE M. BLACKBURN
dated June 11 , 19 83 , and recorded in the puhlic records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, in OR Book 378 on page 551 , securing
the payment of the sum of FORTY FIVE THOUSAND AND NO/100

covering property in the County of St. Lucie , Florida, doth hereby
acknowledge that it has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by the note
secured thereby, and doth hereby cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and
quit-claim all right., title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in and to the prem-
ises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the
aforesaid County to cancel the same of record.
