authorize and empower the said DAVID SUGENE ALLBRITTON and BRENDA
ALLBRITTON CAMPBELL, the assignee, to sue on, collect and recover
the full amount of said ~udgment, and take such a.ction or proceedings
thereon as he may see f it or expedient; hereby giving and granting
unto the said assig~ee all right, title or interest which I have in
