I have the right to make payments of principal at eny time ~ before they are
due. A payment of principal only is kna~rn as a"p~repayment". When I make a
p~repaynient, I will tell tbe Note 8older in a letter that ~I an d~ing so.
I may maloe a full p~repaynient ar a partial pre~pay~aent rrithout P~Yi~'~9 ~Y Pena1tY.
The Note.Bolder Wiil use all of my p~+ep~ayments t~o reduee tbe amount of principal
that I aw~e under~ thi.s Note. If I matae a,p~artfal prepaym~nt, there wfll be no
delays in the clue dates of ny monthly paynients unless the Note Aolder agrees, in ~
writing to those delays. My partial preparyiaent will reduoe the mnount of. my~
monthly payn~ent only af ter the first Payment Charx,~e Dat~e Eollawing ny partial
prepayment. However, ary reductian due t,o ny partial prep~yrnent may be offset
by an interest rate increase.

If a law, which applies to this loan and which.~ets maxim~m loan charges, is
finally interpreted go that the interest or other Ioan c~arges eollected or
to be o~llected in o~nnection with thfs loan exceed the permitted limites,
then ( f) any such loan charge shall be reduced by the amount necessaYy tro
reduce the charge to the permitted limit; and (2) any s~ms alxeady aollected
