WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie Co~]nty, Florida, based on
the testimony and evidence presented, including but not limited the staff report, has
made the following determinations:
Rose Kyle Properties, presented a petition for a change in zoning from the
CN (Commercial, Neighborhood) Zoning District to the :O (Commercial
Office) Zoning District for the property described below.
On February 15, 2001, the St. Lucie County Planni~
Commission held a public hearing on the petition, after
least 15 days prior to the hearing and notifying by mail all
within 500 feet of the subject property, and recommended
