TtiIS INDENTURE, made this 11 day of March, 1983
between RADNOR/ISLAND COMPANY, a Florida general partnership
(hereinafter referred to as "Grantor") and grank D. Caputo, as to an
undivided 50$ interest, Norman D. Swiqler, as to an undivided 25$ interest

W I T N 8 S S E T H:
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum
of TEN DOLLARS ($10.001 and other good and valuable~consideration
to it in hand paid by the Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, has granted, barqained and sold to the Grantee, and
the Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, the following described
real property situated, lying and being in Hutchinson Island,
Jensen Deach, St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
UNIT 1309 in Islandia l Condominium, according -
to the Declaration of Condominium of Islandia l
Condominium, recorded in Official Record Book 391,
pages 662 et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida (the "Declaration of Condominium"),
toqether with an undivided share in the Common
. Elements appurtenant to such Unit and all other
appurtenances to such Unit as set forth in the
~ Declaration of Condominium.
Grantee, bK acceptance hereof, and by agreement with
Grantor, hereby expressly assumes and agrees to be bound by and
to comply with all of the covenants, terms, conditions and
provisions set forth and.contained in the.Declaration of Condo-
minium, including, but not limited to, the obligation to make -
payment of assessments for-Common•Expenses (as said term is
defined in the Florida Condominium Act, Chapter 718 of the
' Florida Statutes, as the same may be amended from time to time)
