THIS CAUSE coming on for hearinq on the Rule to Show Cause
in this case, and upon the Stipulation of the Defendant, JOHN C.
MANTER, and upon the taking of testimony in open court concerning
a lien on the subject vehicle, and upon the court being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is
_ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
1. Any interest which JOHN C. MANTER, Defendant, had in the
subject 1~978 Chevrolet Van (Blue) VIN CGL1584171017 is hereby
forfeited to the Petitioner, CITY OF PORT ST. LUCIE, FLORIDA
POLICE DEPARTMENT.
2. The court finds that the record lienholder, Terry
Paradise, is an innocent party who gave consideration for his
; interest in~the subject vehicle. -

i 3. The court recognizes the validity of the lien of Terry
i -
; Paradise against the subject vehicle, and his lien in the amount ~
~
; of $3,300.00 shall be protected.

' 4. Terry Paradise, whose address is 5601 Pinetree Road, ~

' Pompano Beach, Florida 33064, shall be given notice of the sale

~ of the subject vehicle and shall be allowed to bid on the subject

~ vehicle and receive credit on his bid for the amount of his lien
