ficient, by paying: first, all of Plaintiffs' costsj second,
~ documentary stamps affixed to the certificatej third, Plaintiffs'
attorneya' fees; fourth, the total sum due to Plaintiffs lesa the
items paid plus interest at the rate prescribed by law from this
date to the date of the sale; and by retaining of any amount I,
remaining pending the further order of this Court. I
9. On filing the Certificate of Title, Defendants and '
all persons claiming un3er or against them aince the filing of

the Notice of Lis Pendens are foreclosed of all estate or claim
in the propert~ and the purchaser~at the sale shall be let into
possession of the property. ~
10. Opon the Clerk filing the Certificate ,of Title,
the Court shall return to Plaintiffs the original Note and Mort- '
gage submitted in this cause upon the Court's receipt of copies
hereof. . ~
11. Jurisdiction of this action is retained to enter ~
further orders as are proper, including, without limitation,
writs of assistance and deficiency judgments. ~
