THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard upon the Petition ~
of the CITY OF PORT ST. LUCIE, FLORIDA, the Court being fully
advised in the premises, the Court does hereby find that One 1978
Plymouth Volare, VIN HL29D8B209149, was seized by the City of
Port St. Lucie, Florida Police Department, and at the time of ~
said seizure w as being used in violation of Florida Statutes 893,
932.701, 932.702, 932.703 and 932.704 in that said automobile was
- used for purposes of trafficking a controlled substance, to-wit:
marijuana. It is therefore,

! ORQERED AND ADJODGED that said automobile be and is

hereby forfeited to the City of Port St. Lucie, Florida Police
~ Department to either be used by said Department or disposed of
~ according to law as per Florida Statute 932.704.
