6, The Owner(s) shall be bound to the As

in the same manner as if the Owner(s) were Mortgagor(s) under said mortgage and
the maker(s) of all promissory notes secure~ thereby.
7. The Associatton hereby agrees that the credit of the Owner(s) is satis-
factory and that the above stated new interest rate payable on the sums secured by
said mortgage is alsa satisfactory, and the Association hereby conse~ts to the sale,
transfer and/or conveyance of the mortgaged property to the Owner(s).
