TNIS CAUSE having come on to be heard before me upon the sworn
Petition for the entry of an Order authorizing the sale of certain real and
personal property owned by the above captioned Estate, and it appearing to I

the Court that due notice has been given to all heirs and beneficiaries of '
~ the above estate, and the Court, after having reviewed the pleadings filed
herein and having heard testimony of the Personal Representative of said Estate,
and the Court finding that it is in the best interest of said estate to sell the
real and personal property owned by the above Estate and more particularly as
described in the Petit~on heretofore filed in this action for an Order authoriz-

ing the sale of the real and personal property of said Estate, and the:Court being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is, thereupon
CONSIDERED, OROERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
