, 3. That ELIDA MANGAN, the Personal Representative of the above
captioned estate, be and she is hereby further authorized and directed to
sell the personal property owned by said estate and as more particularly
described in the Petition for an Order Authorizing the Sale of Real Property
and Personal Property filed in this Estate, said personal property_being

4. That ELIDA MAN6AN, the Personal Representative of the above
captioned Estate, be and sfie is hereby further authorized and directed to
execute any and all necessary documents, including deeds, in order_to effect.
the sale of the above described real property in accordance with the terms and
conditions of this Order. ~ .

~ 5. That ELIDA MIAlVGAN, the Personal Representative of the above- ~
~ captioned Estate, be and she is hereby further authorized and directed to sell
for the highest market value the personal property as described in the Petition
for Order Authoriz~ng the Sale of Rea1 Property and i~ersonal Property through a
reputable stock brokerage firm and to execute-any and all documents which may be
required in order to effectuate said sale:
6. That all of the funds which sh~ll be received by virtue of the
sale of the real and personal property as owned by said Estate shall thereupon
be deposited by the Personal Representative of the above Estate in the estate
bank account, and an accounting of said proceeds shall thereupon be filed.witfi
