This action was heard before the Court on April 7, 1983.
On the evidence presented it is ~ ~
ADJUDGED that:
1. The bonds of marriage between Petitioner, JOHN F. JESTER,
JR., the Husband, and the Respondent, SHIRLEY JEAN JESTER, the Wife,
~ are dissolved because the marriage is Yrretrievably broken.
' 2. The minor child of the parties, MICHELLE DAWN JESTER,
born April 16, 1981, is presently in the custody of the paternal
~ grandmother, ALICE JESTER, subject to the jurisdiction of the
juvenile division of this court pursuant to an order entered by
the H~norable Philip G. Nourse, Circuit Judge, and jurisdiction
of this action is retained to determine the issues of child custody, .
child support and visitation with regard to the child when juriscliction.
