JESTER, JR., the Husband, and the Respondent, SHIRLEY JEAN JESTER, the Wife, ~ are dissolved because the marriage is Yrretrievably broken. ' 2. The minor child of the parties, MICHELLE DAWN JESTER, born April 16, 1981, is presently in the custody of the paternal ~ grandmother, ALICE JESTER, subject to the jurisdiction of the juvenile division of this court pursuant to an order entered by the H~norable Philip G.
