~ THIS CAUSE came on for hearing, and the Court having given
< full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This
~ Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit;
s that the relation of Husbanc~ and Wife now exists between the parties;

~ and [hat the marriage between the partie~ is irretrievably broken and

~ should be dissolved. It is thereupon:

I~ ~ ORDF.RED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

= 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between CHARLENE

~ LIVERMORE and ROGER D. LTVER~tORF by and the same is hereby dissolved,
~ and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
~ r of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. AGREE'`1ENT. The Settlement Agreement and the Amendment to
the Settlement Agreement admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated
~ herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions
~ thereof.
~ 3. JURISDICTIO~, Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties
~ hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
