ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on March 7, 1983, upon the
Plaintiff's Complaint for Determination of Paternity and Support and the Court
having heard testimony of the parties and argument of counsel and being otherwise
fully and well advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant, CURTIS BLACKMON, the natural
mother, PATRICIA LAMB , and the minor child, TAMUTHIA SHWANDA LAMB, d.o.b.
7/12/82, shall and they are hereby ordered to submit [o a Human Leukocyte
Antigens (HLA) tissue typing test for the determination of paternity. It is
further

ORDERED r1ND ADJUDGED that the Defendant, CUR':IS BLACKMON, shall and he.
~ is hereby ordered to sign a Stipulation for said test and pay for said test. The
Defendant shall pay $300.00 to OSBOR'VE WALKER 0'QUINN, TRUST ACCOUNT, within
si~xty (60) days of the date of this order. If the Defendant does not pay said
amount to Osborne Walker O'Quinn within sixty (60) days of the date of this order
then this Court shall declare him to be the father of the minor child herein. It

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this Court reserves jurisdiction of this
case to enter such further orders and judgments as it deems just and necessary. ,
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, on this ~
