a corporation under the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certai~
mortgage given by Robert E. Kellogg and Elizabeth E. Kellogg, his wife,
dated July 19th , ig 82 , and recorded in the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida in ~•~•Book 380 on page 2116 , securing
the payment of the sum of Fifty Four Thousand and No/100-----------------------------

covering property in the County of St. Lucie , Florida, doth hereby
acknowledge that it has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by the note
secured thereby, and doth hereby cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and
quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in and to the prem-
ises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the
aforesaid County to cancel the same of record. -
IN WITNESS WNEREOF, the said Harbor Federal Savings and Loan Association has
caused these presents to be subscribed in its corporate name by its Vice President
and its corporate seal to be hereto affixed this 8th day of
