THIS DEED, made this 8th day of April A.D., 1983 ,
by and between SEA TERN OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND, a venture of MARTIN- ~

BROWNE INVESTMENTS, INC., a Florida corporation, as Grantor, party f~
of the first part, and THOMAS J. WALSH, JR. ' I

hereinafter called the grantee. (Wherever used herein the terms "grantor"
and "grantee" include all of the parties to this instrument and the heirs,
legal representatives and assigns of individuals, and the successors and
assigns of corporations).
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the party of the first part, for and in consideration of the
sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations
to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to said
party of the second part, heirs and assigns forever, the following
described real property, located and situate in the County of St. Lucie

2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations, reservations, easements ~
and other matters of record.
3. The Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto.
~ 4. The Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration of
' Covenants and Restrictions of Sea Tern of Hutchinson Island
~ Condominium Association, Inc., a Fl~rida not-for-profit
corporation, the provisions of which documents run with the
land. The Grantee assumes the obligations of a member of ~
said property owner's association.
