THIS CAUSE came on for hearing March 28, 1983 upon
Plaintiff's~Motion For Summary Judgment on the Pleadings and
this Ccurt, after reviewing the file and being otherwise fully
advised in the premises, finds that judgment should issue in

favor of Plaintiff and against Defendant~s, it is therefore ~
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that Plaintiff, RINKER MAT£RIALS
CORPORATION, shall have and recover from Defendants, K. L. JASON,
INC., anc~~~'~(.~SON, jointly and severally, the principal sum
of $124,316.29, together with interest in the amount of

~ $19,333.67, together with Court costs in the amount of $24.00,
~ for a total of. $143,673.96, for all of which let execution issue
f
forthwith. This Court reserves jurisdiction to award attorney's
fees on motion by the Plaintiff.
