INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AND AUTHORIZE
CHAIRPERSON TO EXECUTE THE AGREEME
FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY ATTOI~
EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT BY APPROVING I
FORM AND CORRECTNESS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie C
the following determinations:
1. The Florida Department of Transportation has awarded the Cou
Environmental Assessment for Proposed Runway 9L/27R at the St. Lt
Airport (Fin. Proj. No. 411313-1-94-01).
2. The Board should authorize and approve execution of the Pu
Participation Agreement with the State of Florida Department of Publ
above-referenced project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Cou
Lucie County, Florida:
1. The Board hereby accepts and approves the Public Transpo~
Agreement with the State of Florida (Fin. Proj. No. 411313-1-94-01) to p~
an Environmental Assessment for Proposed Runway 9L/27R at the St. L
Airport.
2. The Board hereby authorizes the Chairperson to execute the ab~
