Defendants, appeal to the District Court of Appeal, Fourth
District, the Final Judgments of this Court dated February 8,
1983, recorded in Official Record Book 393, Page 1433; dated
April 15, 1983, recorded at Official Record Book 398, Page 2025; ~

dated April 15, 1983, recorded at Official Record Book 398,
Page 2066, and dated April 15, 1983, recorded at Official
Record Book 398, Page 2065. These orders were rendered by an

j order denying the post trial motions of these Defendants dated

; April 15, 1983, and recorded at Official Record Book 398,

~ Page 2066. The appealod orders are Final Judgments in favor of
` the Plaintiffs, WAYNE MICHAEL PRICE and MARY PRICE, his wife, and

~ against these Defendants, CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA, a
municipal cnrporation, GEORGE RONALD PARKER and GERALD MERRITT,
in the amount of $55,000.00 together with costs of $1,810.60,
and attorneys fees in the stun of $15,000.00 and, further,

~ awardirig certain equitable reliaf.
