A RESOLUTION PROCLAIMING THE WI
OCTOBER 7, 2001, THROUGH OCTOBER 13,
"MENTAL ILLNESS AWARENESS WEEK" IN S~l
COUNTY, FLORIDA
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
the following determinations:
1. One in five adults will face a mental illness in his or her lifl

2. The stigma of mental illness deprives many people of the qua
