TNIS AGREEMF.NT, Made this 14 day of April, 1983, by and
by and between MICHAEL C. ROY and PATRICIA C. ROY , his wife
hereinafter called "MORTGAGOR" and FIRST UNION SAVINGS AND LOAN
RS~OCIA7InN, a Florida Corporation, hereinafter called
"MO RTGAG E E" .
RECITAGS:
A. MORTGAGEE is the owner and holder of that certain mort-
gage (MORTGAGE) dated 21 January ,1983 made by the MORTGAGEE to
MORTGAGOR, recorded 2g January ,1983 in nfficial Records Pook
392 , Page 2240 , Public Records of St. Lucie County, ~'l~rida;
securing a debt evidenced by a Promissory Note (Nt~TE) dated
21 January , 1983 , in the original amount ofFORTY SIX THOUSAND
FOUR HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOI.LRRS AND NO/100ths ($46,450.00), which
~fORTGRGE encumbers property more particularly described in said
MORT(~AG E .
B. MORTGAGOR, the owner in fee simple of all of the pro-
perty subject to MORTGAGE, has requested MORTGAGEE to modify NOTE
and MORTGAGE and the parties have mutually agreed to modify the
terms thereof in the manner hereinafter appearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideratior~ of the mutual covenants
hereinafter set forth and in consideration of the sum of TEN
(510.00) DOC,LARS, each to the other in hand paid, and other valu-
able consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is here-
by acknowledged, the parties hereto mutually covenant and agree
as follows:
1. The unpaid principal halance af NOTE is FORTY SIX ThOUSAND
FOUR HUNDRED ~1D1D FIF'I'Y UOI.LARS ANn NO/100ths ( 546,450.00 ) and that
interest has b~en paid to Al~ril_~~, 1983.
2. Comrnencing Aprxl 14 1983, the Nt~TF shall bear inter-
e s t a t t h e r a t e o f'IW'~'uL.VE AND ONE QUA~I'FR (12 . 2 5$} PERC~NT .
3. The principal halance together with interest shall be
paid in the fallowing manner;
