MORTGAGE MODIFICATON AND EXTENSION AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, Made this 28 day of April ~ lgg3 ~ by

hereinafter called "MORTGAGOR" and FIRST UNION SAVINGS AND LOAN
