FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 3rd day of May, 1983 and the
Court ha~~ing given full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the Darties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon •
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between KENNETH WAYNE ROSS and MAMIE
LEE ROSS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. The primary residential custody of the minor children,
KENNETH WAYNE ROSS, JR., born June 20, 1973, and AMY MELISSA ROSS,
born August 18, 1979, is awarded to MAMIE LEE ROSS, granting unto
KENNETH WAYNE ROSS reasonable rights of visitation.
Each of the oarties shall share the parental respon-
sibility as to the minor chiidren's social and medical welfare,
education, general welfare, religious participation and all other
items with reference to the responsibility of parents, In the event
the parties cannot agree, the primary resnonsibility shall vest wit.h
the Wife. ~
