Procedure, as made applicable herein, moves this Honorable Court to
constitute and appoint HERSHELL THOMPSON, whose address is: 1009
Charlotta Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, to serve process in the above
cause in St. Lucie County,Florida. Plaintiff would respectfully show
that said HERSHELL THOMPSON is over the age of twenty-one (21) years
and is a disinterested party to this action.

THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard ex parte upon application of
FiERSHELL THOMPSOH, and the Court being otherwise further and fully
advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that HERSHF.LL THOMPSQN be and he hereby
is constituted and appointed as Process Server in the above cause for
the purpase of serving the amended pleading. It is further ordered that
the Process Server shall make proof of service by af.fidavit promptly
and in any event within the time during which the person served must
respond to the process. The affidavit of service shll be indicated on the
service return.
