PROPERTY IN ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie Col

A. Pursuant to Section 11.07.03 of the St. Lucie County Lanai Development
Code, a Conditional Use Permit for Gaston Poulin to allow alriding stable in
the AR-1 (Agricultural, Residential - 1 du/acre) Zoning Distri(:t is granted for
the property described as follows:
LOTS 1,2,3, BLOCK 2, SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANklE 40 EAST. ST.
LUClE GARDENS (BY THE INDIAN RIVER) ACCORDING TO THE PI.u ~.T THEREOF, AS
RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 35, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY,
FLORIDA. (Tax ID#: 3414-501-0602-00018)
(Location: 7001 Silver Oak Drive.)
B. This Conditional Use Permit approval shall expire on Oclober 16, 2002,
unless a zoning compliance is obtained or an extensio~ is granted in
accordance with Section 11.02.06(B)(3), St. Lucie County La~d Development
Code. /
C. The Conditional Use Permit approval granted under thi~ Resolution is
specifically conditioned to the requirement that the petitioned, Gaston Poulin,
including any successors in interest, shall obtain all necess~ary permits and
authorizations from the appropriate Local, State, and Fe~leral regulatory
authorities prior to the issuance of any local building permitsgr authorizations
to commence development activities on the property described in Part A.
