WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie Cou

Center (FBO) on a 21.0 acre leased parcel since 1987. Thi.,

has applied for a major adjustment to their existing conditior
allow the construction of an additional 12,000 square feet
and 2,000 square feet of oFfice space (Hangar 12 West).
The Development Review Committee has reviewed the
Adjustment to an Existing Conditional Use and found it to
conformity with the overall Airport Master Plan.
On October 16, 2001, this Board held a public hearing on
publishing a notice of such hearing and notifying by ma
property within 500 feet of the subject property.
The proposed Major Adjustment to an Existing Conditional
with the goals, objectives, and policies of the St.
Comprehensive Plan and has satisfied the requirements of ,'
