MARY ROSE, his wife; and SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, AND ALL OTHERS
WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
YOU ARE NOTIFIED of the institution of this action by Plaintiff
against you seeking to foreclose a mortgage on the following property
in St. Lucie County, Florida:

That part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of
Section 33, Township 35 South, Range 39 East, being more
particularly described as follows:
