KAR~:N SUE GALLOT HERZOG, Wife.
ORQER
THIS CAUSE was heard this day upon the Wife's Petition
for Modific.ativn and Motion for Contempt, and both parties ,
having been present in Court and represented by counsel, and
the Court having heard all of the testimony of the parties
and being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
ADJUDGED that JOSEPH WILLIAM HERZOG, JR. had the
financial ability to pay the sums hereinafter referred to '
and is now adjudged guilty of willful contempt of this Court
for his willful failure to pay support payments as directed
by order duly entered herein, a copy of which is attached
hereto and by reference made a part hereof. It is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt
he is hereby sentenced to serve 30 days in the St. Lucie

County Jail, Fort Pierce, Florida, commencing on the

E day of July, 1983;

PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself (either before
~
~ or after incarceration) and be released by paying the sur^ of
~
~ $2,000.00 due as of this date to the Clerk of Circuit Court
of this County, tog~ther with costs of his arrest.
~ IT TS THEREFORE ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that all and singular

of the Sheriffs ~f the State of Florida are directed to take
~
~ into custody the said JOSEPH WILLIAM HERZOG, JR, on the saic3
date or as soon thereafter as is possible, and deliver him to
- the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of
: the above-described judgrnent and sentence. The Clerk of the
~
v Circuit Court and this Court shall be promptly notified of his

arrest.
