of Dissolution of biarriage entered herein on June 12, 1980, is
modified as follows:
a. For a period of 60 days from the date of this Order,
the Husband's visitatior. rights are to be exercised on the days
specified in the Separation and Property Settlement Agreement
only in the Wife's home or the Iocation of her choosing. The
Husband shall not be permitted to remove the child from the
visitation site. -
b. The Husband shall contact the Wife by telephone to
arrange the time and place o~ visitation, but shall not contact
the Wife for any other reason or harrass or bother her in any
way whatsoever.
c. Paragraph 6 of the Separation and Property Settlement
Agreement regarding the Wife maintaining a residence within
a 50-mile radius of the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, is hereby
deleted, and the Wife shall be permitted to reside with the child
j anywhere within the State of Florida. i

~ It is further ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that in the event the

~ Husband violates the provisions of this Order or the restraining

~ order provided for in the Final Judgment or in any way bothers,

~ harrasses or interferes with the Wif e, the Court reserves
~
~ jurisdiction for the entry of further orders:
~ i, restricting visitation rights;
ii, permitting the Wife to reside anywhere within
the continentaZ United States.
It is further ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that in the event the
- Husband violates the provisions of this Order or the restraining
order provided for in the Final Judgment or in any way bothers,
harrasses or interferes with the Wife, the Wife or her attorney
_ may file with this Court an affidavit to that effect and a
~ Commitment Order will be issued witnout further notice to the
