Dissolution af ~~larriage, does sign and file this Voiuntary Dismissal of this
action without prejudice on the date stated hereinbelow. The undersigned does
acknowledge in filing this Yoluntary Dismissal that the 1-aw firm of THOMAS
SMITH, ATTORNEY AT LAW, has advised the undersigned of the consequences of
filing this Voluntary Dismissal including the consequence that if the
Petitioner should decide to refile this action that the Petitioner would have
to pay court costs again and would have to pay additional attorneys fees and
that the Petitioner could be liable for court costs incurred by the other
party in this action. The undersigned also understands that once this

anc the Court will no longer have any power over the Petitioner or the
Respondent and that any Orders entered by the Court in this case will be of no
force or effect. The undersigned further acknowledges that the undersigned is
