PARTNERSHIP AGR~:EMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, Made the day of March, 1974, between
LARS P. LIL~IDQUIST and VIOLA F. LINDQUIST, his wife and ELMER D.
CASE and I-~1ZEL E. CASE, his wife of the city of Fort Pierce,
State of Florida; ~
W I T N E S S E T H:
The parties do hereby agree to form a partnership under
the name of "L & C INVESTMENTS" with LARS P. LINDQUIST and VIOLA
F. LIAIDQUIST, his wife, or the survivor of them 3s one partner
and ELMER D. CASE and HAZEL E. CASE, his wife, or the survivor
of them, as the other partner.
The purpose of the partnership shall be to hold and
manage property, both real and personal and to invest and reinvest
intangible persvnal property and the doing of all things necessary
and incidental thereto.
The office of the firm shall be located at 902 South '

15th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida or 906 South 13th Street, ~

~ The partnership shall commence on March 11, 1974 and

~ shall continue until it is dissolved or liquidated.

equal amounts by each partner and an individual capital account ~

capital account will be made by either partner without the consent
of the other partner. ~
~ Capital gains and losses shall be shared equally between
