times hereafter peaceably and quietly have, hold, use, occupy,
possess and enjoy the above granted premises and every part and
parcel thereof, with the ap~urtenances, without any let, suit,
trouble, molestation, eviction or disturbance of the said
Grantor, and its successors and assigns, or of any other person
or persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same, by, through
and under the Grantor herein, subject as aforesaid.
And the said Grantor, for itself and for its successors,
warrants the above described and hereby granted and released
premises, and every part and parcel there~f, with the appurten-
ances, unto the said Grantee, and his heirs and assigns, against
the said Grantor, and its successors, and against all and every
person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the
same by, through and under the Grantor herein, shall and will
subject as aforesaid warrant and forever defend.
