'~LZ~WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of Count
for St. LUcie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of
available from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection in form of a $11
Water System Improvement Grant II.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County
resolution to appropriate and ex pend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissi¢
Florida, in meeting assembled this 9th day of October, 2001, pursuant to Section 1
such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2001-02, and the County's
